Magical day in Whitby. Two fictional and one historical characters, all linked to the area.
Goathland is the name of the oldish and well preserved raílway station where part of the Harry Potter movie was filmed.
Whitby harbour inspired Bram Stoker to create Dracula.
As of Captain Cook we were only able to see the statue but from its promenade enjoyed a magnificent view of the bay. We had such warm weather that the bravest even dared to swim.
Big kudos to Rubén for having bought and started to read DRACULA.....
